My name is Wendy Ngo and I am a hair and makeup artist based in Northern California. I have been working for the A-list Makeup team since 2013 and I look forward to many more years to come. Working with this team expanded my makeup and hair expertise and my passion for makeup increased. I have experience working with clients for a variety of events, such as prom, special occasions, engagement parties, and wedding ceremonies.
